prepend is a simple little utility that reads in data from two files, prepends one onto another, and sends the result to standard output. I wrote it after I got tired of adding the boilerplate GNU GPL notices to source code and wanted a way to automate the task. There's not much else to say about it that isn't already in the software distribution, so I'll leave you with this:
